Had a wonderful stay here. Everything was great, nonetheless a few employees were not always friendly. Early check in was good, amazing service overall.

The hotel was brilliant and clean, had amazing views of our Balcony.

The hotel was clean, magnificent, had welcoming staff with very professional management. The pool was amazing and I had cold drinks in the outdoor bar.

I would stay here again, liked my nice stay. All the facilities are good, clean hotel, its location is perfect close to all attractions.

We loved this spotless hotel with a beautiful lobby. The room they gave us was elegant and well stocked with a king size bed and a balcony and a bathroom that works. Would be happy to recommend this place and would stay here again.

I stayed in this relaxing hotel for 3 days, had fun experience, loved its beautiful location just next door to Disney Springs and Orlando. I was met by genuinely helpful and professional staff at the lobby.

The hotel property was gorgeous with unbeatable location really close to Epcot, all the parks and the night life of Orlando. I got a soundproof room which had clean towels.

It has well-appointed beautiful rooms, that come with ac and a sofa bed and view of pool. The service is good and the staff is accommodating.

Nothing to complain about, I would recomand this hotel and will be back: )

This place was clean and had very good location and rooms. The rooms with balcony and a sofa bed, as example. It was well-kept and pleasant to come back to.

There were not comfortable beds in our room.

Overall I think it was a petite hotel, great value. Rooms were enjoyable and brilliant. Everything was really perfect as expected, but the bathroom was tight. The location was charming and the stuff here was impeccable! Apart from that, disney springs shopping complex was 15 minutes away by driving. The venue had a spacious bar and a spacious restaurant.

It was as expected, had a very relaxing stay. Beautiful, 4-star hotel with helpful staff and good wifi.

Excellent hotel with very good wi-fi, the location is perfect close to all attractions. Lake Buena Vista district certainly deserves to be visited. They have lots of meals to choose from, the food is great.

Hotel was characterful, I enjoyed it. Room was freshly renovated, bed was super, the staff was extremely polite. They had a takeout breakfast that was super.

A nice size hotel with cool location right by all the parks and all attractions. Nice building and rooms with the balcony over looking pool.

This hotel is very mediocre, nevertheless its staff and location are great. Plenty of supplies in the room: complimentary WiFi and free, fast WI-FI. Comfortable decor is mixed with spectacular views at this family-run property.

Good value, an outstanding stay. The room was long & the personnel was peaceful. The restaurant was spacious and the food was savoury! Enjoyable location in the resort area. Also, it was 2 miles from an educational disney theme park.

Staff and location were incredible, I loved it. The room was reasonably priced. It was nice to have aquarium in the lobby. There were premium internet and convenient parking available.

The staff was simply appalling and they had comfy beds. And it also had remarkable view. Lots of food in the hotel, outdoor restaurant.

The bed was good, so we had a very enjoyable stay. Everything was fab, this hotel had recently refurbished rooms and its breakfast was savory. Reasonably priced property with a friendly service.

I loved the phenomenal location and the staff was diligent. Variety of food for the a la carte breakfast. Silent room and own bathroom with all necessary facilities. The hotel took care of the spectacular service too.

The staff here was caring - courteous service & friendly communication. Loved staying here, my room was warm enough and had free wireless internet, flat-screen television and big windows. The breakfast was included and consisted of scrambled eggs, milk, fresh fruit, breads and jam. Elegant lobby. The location was central.

Really lovely location in the safe area, recently refurbished rooms, and quite pleasant staff. The breakfast was freshly cooked: coffee and pancakes, I loved it. Sushi bar and heated pool. Clean enough and VERY COMFORTABLE hotel in Lake Buena Vista district.

Overall, it's suitable place for exploring Orlando attractions. We greatly enjoyed our stay here.

Had a great time. Huge rooms, private parking. Really enjoyed dining at La Luce, set within 5 minutes' walk.

We enjoyed a buffet breakfast in the bar. There was a heated pool on site too. Vacation base for exploring Orlando.

The hotel was luxury and with Banana Cabana located in 10 minutes' walk. 15 min drive from seaworld...
